Redline MMA offers a full line of classes for men women and children to get in shape, learn self-defense, achieve mental and physical focus, and train for competition. If you are interested in one of our classes, I recommend that you call for a special 1 on 1 training session where one of our instructors can work with you directly before you decide to enroll. You can also visit our gym during one of our regularly scheduled classes to watch or try.

Our gym has classes in the afternoons and evenings between 5pm and 9pm. We are open Monday through Thursday and also have classes on Saturdays. Here is a breakdown of the class schedule based on each day:
