We require all fighters to train at least 4 days per week. You must be committed and eager to learn as well as being ready to take instruction. Humility in the gym is the cornerstone to improved skills. We do not tolerate egotistical fighters that are unwilling to follow direction and take instruction.

We do not guarantee that you will be accepted to the team based on this application.
