Pain Free Movement Class
This class is for anyone suffering from joint pain. You can be 5-80 and be in this class, this is not a hard exercise class, But a joint mobility class. Helping you with range of motion. We will do a yoga base movement to lubricate the joint for you to move freely and with less pain.
Helping your body with some form of exercise as shown to help improve fibromyalgia, and aid in fighting fatigue that many people suffer from.
You will be encountering other people who suffer from this so it may help with having a support group.
Joint pain can be crippling but with an easy movement class it can help ease some of the pain.
