Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Classes for Pregnant and New Moms
Redline MMA now offers a fitness class for expecting moms or new mothers in Savannah Georgia and all areas of Chatham or Effingham Counties. This class combines fitness from yoga, Aerobic Fitness, and more to give you a great workout and a support network of other expecting and new moms.
Prenatal (Pregnant mothers) Fitness
Benefits of doing a pre natal class during your pregnancy:
- Staying active in a fitness program allows you to stay at a healthy weight
- Exercise during pregnancy helps produce happier, healthier and better adjusted mothers
In the class we will work on strength training the body, getting it ready for labor, flexibility and relaxation to help ease the mind and body from the stress of it all.
Postnatal (New Mom’s) Class
You made it through pregnancy and the baby has arrived! Now it’s time to lose the baby weight! In this class you will get your body safely adjusted to exercising at a harder pace. If you did the prenatal class you will begin at the same level and work up.
This helps with Post partum depression and regulating your hormones. Getting back into shape and feeling good helps new mothers bodies and mental health for the long nights ahead.
You will be with other new mothers so it is a great time to socialize and help one another in reaching goals.
